Condition

New / Unissued – Unused surplus with no meaningful signs of previous wear. Minor storage marks may be present.

Like New – Excellent overall condition with minimal evidence of previous use.

Grade 1 – Good used, fully serviceable military surplus. May show light fading, minor marks, previous laundering, ownership markings or other normal cosmetic wear.

Grade 2 – More heavily used but still serviceable. May show noticeable fading, staining, greater wear, minor repairs or other cosmetic deterioration.

Unserviceable – Major tears, significant staining, major damage or other defects making the garment unsuitable for normal wear.

Sizing

RAF working shirts may use military chest, height or conventional clothing measurements depending on the production period.
